My Vision
My vision for the cash pool program is simple: get money back into the hands of competitors.
When I started shooting USPSA four years ago, I was shocked to find out there was really no way to make money in the sport outside of occasionally winning products. I suggested cash prizes to USPSA leadership several times, but nothing ever came of it. Eventually, I realized that if we want to see change in this sport, we have to be the ones willing to create it.
That's why I started this program.
For a small entry fee, competitors have the opportunity to win meaningful cash payouts. The structure is designed to reward performance, and the higher your classification, the larger the potential payouts become.
We intentionally built the system to encourage growth and improvement. A D Class shooter can still win money, but the rewards become significantly greater as you move up through the classifications and compete for overall wins. We wanted to create another reason for competitors to push themselves, improve their skills, and continue chasing the next level.
This has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I'm excited to finally bring it to life. More importantly, I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back to the competitors who make USPSA such a great sport. Whether you're shooting your first major match or competing for an overall title, this program was built for you.
